  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancellation is 14 days from the date You received the Goods.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.
  • The Goods are in the original packaging.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which by their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly, or are past expiry.
  • Goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods which after delivery are inseparably mixed with other items.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded, except where required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment, so We recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to You, You will receive a gift credit for the value of Your return. If the Goods were not marked as a gift, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
